HOUSTON—April 30, 2025—O’Melveny advised Kayne Private Energy Income Fund III, L.P., a fund managed by Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P., in connection with over US$400 million of equity commitments to South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.
The transaction was announced on April 29.
