This joint venture brings together STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, and Naik Consulting Group, PC, a leading Infrastructure Design and Construction\/Program Management firm with operations concentrated in the New York and New Jersey area. The joint venture will comprehensively modernize the ERT infrastructure, including two tubes (tunnels) damaged by Superstorm Sandy.
